Your client record, whether electronic or paper, is kept at the office of the HRMAJ. Paper
records forming part of your client record may also be kept in offsite storage. In
accordance with our recovery policies, your client record may be transferred to other
locations overseas.

We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when
we, in good faith, believe that the law requires us to do so, or where it is necessary for
the protection of our legal rights, to resolve disputes or enforce our terms and policies,
