Audrey Tugwell Henry is currently the Senior General Manager, Retail Banking Division. As head of the Retail Banking Division she has responsibility for the retail branch network, Private Banking and the Remittance subsidiaries of the Bank. Her banking career started in January 1987 as a teller at the Mutual Security Bank in Montego Bay. She holds a BSc. Degree in Management Studies and MBA from Mona School of Business. She is a trained teacher and completed teacher training at Church Teachers’ College: Mandeville and taught English Language, English Literature and Physical Education at the Herbert Morrison Technical High School in Montego Bay. She sits on the Boards of National Commercial Bank Insurance Company, National Commercial Bank UK Remittance Company, National Commercial Bank Jamaica Remittance Company and J.E.T.S., Limited. Audrey is married and has two children.

Mr. Courtney Lodge, Chief Executive Officer, GSB Credit Union Ltd. Prior to his current role as CEO, Mr. Lodge has had a long association with the credit union having served as General Manager and a Director on the Board. He has held numerous positions within the industry such as Branch Manager and Director at the Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS), Chief Executive Officer at the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU) with responsibility for all 342 credit unions in 18 English-speaking Caribbean countries and Vice President of Victoria Mutual Building Society (VMBS) responsibility for branch distribution in Jamaica, USA, UK and Canada. Mr. Lodge owns a consulting firm, Strategic Corporate Interventions Ltd (SCI). He is currently a Director on the board of the CPTC, and the Jamaica Paralympic Association. He also served as the Assistant Chairman of Tacky High School in St. Mary, and the Treasurer of the Jamaica Police Credit Union. Courtney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance (1st class honours, USA); and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

He is Chairman of ICD Group Limited and its subsidiaries CGM Gallagher Group Limited and British Caribbean Insurance Company Limited. He holds directorships on a number of other boards including the Gleaner Company Limited, West Indies Home Contractors Limited, WIHCON Properties Limited, Prime Asset Management Limited, Matalon Homes Limited and The Tony Thwaites Wing of the University Hospital of the West Indies. Mr. Matalon serves as Honorary Chairman of St. Patrick’s Foundation, which supports charitable activities in inner-city communities, is Chairman of the Board of Governors of Hillel Academy in Kingston Jamaica, is a member of the regional Investment Advisory Committee of the University of the West Indies, and was recently appointed to the Board of the US based International Youth Foundation. Mr. Matalon is currently President of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ), to which post he was elected in 2009, and has also served on a number of special national committees established to advise the Government on financial and economic matters. Since 2007 he has also served as Chairman of the Development Bank of Jamaica, the Government of Jamaica’s principal development finance institution. In 2010 Mr Matalon was appointed, by the Government of Jamaica, to the Order of Distinction in the Rank of Commander (C.D.), in recognition of his contribution to the Public and Private Sectors, and to community service.
