Makini Borde-Simpson, Trinidadian born, has been in Jamaica for the past 5 years. She is a recent graduate of the Mona School of Business, where she completed an MBA in International Business and she is also a past undergraduate student of Anglia Ruskin University in London, where she did her first degree in Human Resources Management.

Makini joined the RealDecoy team as the People & Learning Ambassador in January 2012 and has since implemented quite a few HR related initiatives, and has completed a successful HR Audit within her first 3months. Last year Makini and the RealDecoy team entered the competition for the Innovative Award and took the second place award. This year, the RealDecoy team will be presenting on how innovation has benefitted their employee base. Makini is an advocate for learning, people and culture.
